Herpes Cluster

Usually (in females) herpes forms on the outside of the vagina, but in some cases (hookers and or prostitutes) it can form a cluster on the inside of the vagina.

"Man, remember that hooker you got for me for my birthday? Well while I was eating starbursts out of her fun place, I accidentally ate a Herpes Cluster. Now I have a mad rash everywhere!"

a conglomeration of pebble turds not fully compressed into the classic dirigible shape, but rather more resembling a chocolate peanut cluster.

The dump I took this morning consisted of three slimers, a cluster, a globular cluster and a cloud. Man, I lost weight with that one.
