Wooly (adj., mood) — A mood in which someone feels like embracing fluffiness—whether by dressing in something soft, furry, or even expressing their furry side.
It can be an ever-present emotional state, or something that appears randomly and occasionally.

Example One:

Lillian: “I'm feeling wooly today.”
Clara: “Like with the fursuit and all? Or just something furry?”
Lillian: “Just a tail and maybe some ears.”

Example Two:

Casper: “I'm feeling very wooly today. I’m gonna go get my fursuit.”

Wooly bobos

Slang term for testicles. More than likely it is an unshaven, unkempt, not manscaped pair of testicles. Hence the wooly.
