A person from a higher class background, sometimes are under the delusion they are better than normal people also know as muggles. They often are well spoken, talk about their gap yah and count their red brick university background as a standard for other wizards. wizards who don't quite make the cut to the red brick universities or muggles who try to attain a wizard life are known as squibs.
