Person 2: I am whelmed by that information

Someone that’s super kind and friendly to literally all their peers and close friends. They’re really funny and an open person like you make me wanna sob cause you deserve the world and everything and anything you want like hello??? They aren’t afraid to share their passions and look to you for whether it being a source of good energy or even just for little laughs when needed, almost how I see it as is like, they trust you and care for you. Overall, an awesome and really amazing being on the planet and you’re one of a kind and it’s not cause of your name but your personality and vibe all around <3

So overwhelmed with incoming email/texts/messages that you are unable to form any responses... even to the simplest of queries.

She was so e-whelmed that when her mother texted "What would you like for dinner?" she sat paralysed, non-responsive, and mentally vacant.

The definition of overwhelmed or underwhelmed is a variant of to much or to little of an expected emotion, that would mean whelmed would be an exact feeling of emotion that was previously expected.

1) The first movie was terrible . As a result i was whelmed with the results of the sequel.
( note that whelmed can only be truly understood by people who know or understand your feeling before the events that you are describing in said sentence.)
