A person who is easily offended by wind ups and jokes, thinking they are being picked on or others are mean to them. This often results in a huff or cry.
They can also be excessively nice to others, this may seem false, especially if done to acquaintances.

Oh God Vicki stop whinging about what Crystal said, it was a joke. You are being a watery cunt.

To be a "Watery Arse" is to be someone who is coward, a person lacking of something important or to be missing a sack.

Watery Ass is a way of saying that person goes to water and is an Australian Insult.
