Twitterhea

A Twitter condition afflicting Twitter user that feels compelled to tweet constantly, about every meaningless thing they are doing.
Basically anyone with more updates than followers. Some would go so far as to qualify anyone who tweets more than 6 times per day as someone suffering from Twitterhea. There's no way your life is that interesting!

twitterholic

A person who is addicted to twitter. They tend to tweet at least 20 times per day, follow at least 200 people, and attain at least 150 followers. Since twitterholics tend to do very little other than use twitter, Twitters intended purpose of quick messages about what you are doing is not enough to satisfy their need to tweet, therefore they carry out conversations, share links, and play games (like Colorwars). Twitterholics are competitive about their stats, trying to post more than anybody else, or have more friends/followers than anybody else (progress can be tracked on twitterholic.com).
Person 1: Hey, wanna go do something?

Person 2: Can't, I gotta tweet a bunch, one of my friends just got to his 10,000th update and I'm still at 9,500!

Person 1: Dude, you're such a twitterholic

Glittered and Twittered

If Alan Funt is Gay or coherent enough to know what Gay means, he would probably produce a "You're on Candid Camera" version of "Glittered and Twittered!"

This is a non-physical form of Straight Bashing.

Twittered is to have your name put on Twitter.com without your permission and in not very good light. Examples: An embarrassing situation, or caught with the proverbial "Hands in the Cookie Jar" while maybe..., eating them in the closet?

For the 'Glittered' aspect of this phrase, you must revert to this website's definition of "Glitter."
Alan Funt would say, "Smile, you've just been Glittered and Twittered!"

Person A: "John is now following me on Twitter."

Person B: "He's your boss. You should twittereciprocity."

Person A: "Ugh. I don't care what he has to tweet about, but I guess I should."

"Thanks to some twittereciprocity, my friends and I now have 50 followers each."

Twitterection

A "Twitterection" is the sexual arousal a male feels when overly excited by something of or related to the globally used online community sensation, Twitter. Times at which this strange phenomenon can occur include, but is not limited to, the reaching of a Tweeter's previously set goals and/or the reading of a "Followed" Twitter user's "Tweet"

No female version of this occurrence has been recorded on file as of yet.
EX:

- "OMG! Reaching my 10,000th Tweet has given me a Twitterection!"

- "Ashton Kutcher is shopping with Demi Moore at Barney's? That's Twitterection inducing!"
