An act of stupid and mischievous behaviour, commonly in the form of a prank, and can sometimes be illegal.

1) Ed: Want to pee in the beer bong and get some gronk to drink it?

Anna: Yeah man! That's some high quality toomfoolery in the making!

2) Ange Autopsy: You guys made me look like a total idiot last night. *cries hysterically*
