The hormone which governs the ability to efficiently pack multiple objects of differing shapes, sizes, and colors (as they can be confusing) into a box or other container leaving minimal empty space.

While packing to move, my significant other showed high levels of tetristerone to fit all those boxes into the trunk of our car.

Joe is always invited camping with us, not for his survival ability, but because his high tetristerone levels allow us to get all the stuff packed back in the car for the return trip.
