Get the tatamug. The word 'tata' was derived from a acronym of the letters T and A. T stands for 'tag' and A stands for 'along', so you end up with the expression "tag along" essentially. The extra ta was added for acoustic purposes so it can be used more easily in regular conversation. The word can also be used to describe something else to those who do not know the meaning so that you are able to anounce that person as a tata when they are there to your friends.
