"Tardcart" is a purposefully brainless person behind a wheel, or with a weapon. DANGER DANGER!
Scenario example: #leroy jenkins

1) A player in a game or person in real life, that has access to a weapon and should not. They are the type of people who can barely walk without falling over, and are likely clumsy of mind and or body. Hazard prone, and without common sense to not make a mistake, without taking victims with them.

2) A person always doing the wrong thing at the wrong time, saying the wrong things, or just plain sabotaging everything for everyone else involved.

Visual: Imagine a person riding on a gocart wearing a crash helmet. (thhrrrrptt) Now make a gocart noise, that is them.

Description: Imagine a clueless Karren actually taking action, but taking 10 people with them in a fray.

Player 1: Man, did you see the way he just ran out there, aggroed all those mobs and then ran back toward us?
