professional student

Person who receives multiple degrees and keeps taking courses instead of holding a profession related to the degrees earned. Can be a compliment or an insult depending on the speaker.

Ex. 1: a compliment
"Man, I think you're so cool for writing a dissertation on Mesoamerican maize fertilization. You're a real professional student!"

Ex.2 an insult:
"Hey Jack, won't you get a real job and quit being a professional student?"

Foreign exchange student

Most awesome person you will ever meet.
Exchange students willingly decide to get off their asses, leave their home country, and go see the world. For that reason, they should be given a helluva lot of credit.
Usually, a foreign exchange student will have a funny accent and not speak your language very well. This is all the more reason to hang out with them, because everything will suddenly become that much more hilarious. Also, they are generally young people, and have the tendency to be extremely good looking.
In conclusion, mad props to all exchange students out there

Damn, look at that hot new foreign exchange student! I can't understand a word they're saying, but they sure seem pretty freaking awesome.

AP Student

Supposedly the academically-gifted. That can be true, however, we like to believe that AP stands for "Advanced Procrastinator." We often don't care about what we're learning, we just want that weighted average. We casually share answers, discuss test and essay questions, and occasionally sleep in class. Our assignments aren't normally started until the night before their due-date at the earliest, yet they're all turned in on time. We hardly ever study - only the last 10 minutes before a test. It's a competition of who knows the most in class. The only time we seriously study is the two days before the AP Exams. We get excited talking about the essays afterward.

AP Student: I was up 'til 1:30 last night writing my AP World essay.

Non-AP Student: Didn't you have two weeks to write it?

AP Student: Yeah, but I didn't feel like doing it.

Someone who is always stressed and have no time or energy for anything and must study and submit evidence 24/7. Might also get depressed several times a year, especially in January, May, June, August, October and November.
Can also work under pressure efficiently as IGCSE students got used to being stressed depressed lemon zest all year long.

Oh look! She's looks stressed. She must be an IGCSE student.
