A derogatory term referring to a total bitch who tries to steal other people's boyfriends and happens to be very skinny, sometimes unhealthily so. Frequently a very ugly person, both physically and in their personality. Can refer to both females and gay males.

Combination of Skeletal and Whore. Joke reference to Skeletor from the 80's cartoon, "He-Man And The Masters Of The Universe".
