1. Building unnecessary suspense to a story by using a vague build-up phrase or leaving out important details until asked about them.

2. To make someone think one thing happened to you, when really something else happened and then you break the news once they are fully on the wrong path.

"So I slipped and fell last night!"
"Are you hurt?!?!"
"Naw, her pussy broke my dick's fall"
"Don't be Seacresting me, bro! Tell me more!"

OR

"So I met this hot chick last night. I bought her a drink and she was totally into me. After an hour she asked if I wanted to go back to her place, so we left....."
"So how was she?"
