Scranner

Scranners are typically seen wearing kappa, Adidas, sonetti, or hype. They hang around the local McDonald's, range from 9-15 and usually smoke with packs they stole from their parents or bought them from some random 40 year old bloke. They typically take pictures of themselves in the mirror with flash on and scribble random parts of their body with emojis covering their face.

That lad Joe is a right scranner.

1. As above, an ugly minger of tramplike qualities. Possibly slightly crusty of appearance, often found around off-licenses drinking tennents tramp lager. Its etymological root is scrutty munter.
2. Can be shortened to scrunt, or occasionally mcscrunt, to refer to monetary units.
