He is a character from Final Fight and Street Fighter series. Much like Sodom, Rolento was a member of the Mad Gear gang before it was destroyed by Cody, Guy, and Mike Haggar. (Final Fight) He has since vowed to create his own powerful organization to serve his country...whatever country that is. He will only enlist the most powerful individuals he can find for his army.
