During any negotiation, when one group insists upon dramatic or extreme conditions before engaging in discussions, the purpose being to end all negotiations.
The kidnapper attempted a Republican Deal; demanding a million dollars, a helicopter on the roof, and a batch of dinosaur eggs before releasing the 26 hostages.

Having sex doggystyle while both participants are laying down on their side.

Conservatives find regular doggystyle too animalistic or are just flat out too lazy for the position, so they came up with this variation.

Republican abortion 

An "accident" that leads to a "miscarriage." The termination of a pro-life person's unplanned pregnancy without having a proper abortion performed. Called "Republican" because of the political party's pro-life platform.
"She says it was an accident that she had a whole bottle of vodka, fell down the stairs, got kicked in the stomach, and then got hit by a car, but I say it's a Republican abortion."

Rockefeller Republican 

Rockefeller Republican refers to a faction of the United States Republican Party who held moderate to liberal views similar to those of Nelson Rockefeller. The term largely fell out of use by the end of the twentieth century, and has been replaced by the derisive term RINOs. Many Rockefeller Republicans have since left office, being replaced by either more conservative Republicans or Democrats & left the party altogether, becoming independents & Democrats.
The Rockefeller Republicans were named after Nelson Rockefeller.
