A state of mind where everything seems to be all there and not at the same time. It's pretty much just random thoughts that run through your mind leaving you in confused, bored, schemeing, and tired feeling, all at the same time. Although no drug usage is used, it can be considered addicting.

The part of your brain in which totally ridiculous and random ideas, thoughts, sentences, words are produced. Usually resulting in extreme hilarity or complete confusion among both the speaker and their audience.
