When organized groups of confidently good players go to a cybercafe/ventrilo and team up against random pub players with no prior association.

A team of friends decide to pubstomp, but it turns into an epic battle of skill and wit to see who can overcome who.

The type of crap electro-rock music you sometimes find in pubs. Play on words combining the words "Pub" and "Dubstep". Bands usually have pretentious names such as "Optic Nerve" or "Hindsight".

God, that pubstep was awful, especially their cover of those Depeche Mode songs.

Pubs

In gaming, pubs are 'Public Players', or those random people that are in a server with you. If you don't have enough friends to make a complete team or squad, you might get some pubs to fill in the spaces.

Pubs can also refer to online servers without passwords as well.

Player 1: Agh, we don't have enough Infected. Wanna let some pubs in?

Player 2: I guess.

Pub 1: HEY GUIZE U RDY 2 PLAY SUM L4D? U DONT MIND IF I USE MY MIC RITE???

The word "Pubster" is used to describe any one being participating in any online multiplayer game, and is being a complete and utter dick sucking jackass to the other sane players, because he/she cannot control their temper due to the fact that they have no life.

Also, the word "Pubster" can be used to describe any person who is against or frowns upon WoW Players.

"WHAT THE FUCK?! I 1DEAGED YOU, THIS REG SUCKS ASS."...."Wow, that guys a Pubster"
