an individual, usually a female, who feels the need to use the photo editing program Picnik to put effects and/or stupid clip art on their pictures that usually makes them look trashy rather than enhance the photo. Often the picnik whore will use a picture of them and a friend to show how popular they are. Peace signs and sticking out your lips like a retarded kid are compulsory.
