1. To get surgery performed; to go "under the knife"

2. A term used in day-to-day conversation, used when stating ones opinion on something.

Example 1

Leo: "I'm here to get maniculated"

Doctor: "I've got you scheduled for 3:00 O'clock"

Example 2:

Dalton: "have you heard that new Bladee?"

Jareck: "Yeah, shit was maniculated"

verb: to enroll as a member of a body and especially of a college or university. (kind of sounds dirty, so it is good to use on dumb fucks who are fat and were only tshirts, also they want know the word b/c their being dumb keeps them from matriculating)
