The act of indulging in "analysis paralysis" when you should be getting things done instead. Possibly coined by Ryan Davis. A distant cousin of the verb "to bikeshed."

B: "You've been debating this choice for weeks. Are you gonna mentarbate some more, or just buy one already?"
