Mad-On

1. To be so angry that one's blood pressure is so high that there is nearly a sensation of arousal.
2. To intentionally observe something for the purpose of getting pissed off and getting a mad-on, ie, watching the 700 club.

I read the Faith section of the paper today just to get a Mad-on. or I listened to Palin's entire speech. It gave me a raging mad-on.

a mad one

A period of time spent doing nothing that isnt completely silly, hopefully bizarre & enormously fun! Usually undertaken when under the influence of alcohol or drugs or both.

Best enjoyed after (in fact it only really qualifies as 'a mad one' after) at least one night's sleep deprivation.

(It is also worth noting that 'a mad one' is normally accompanied by almost continuous, totally sincere but basically pointless, apologies to anyone nearby who is halfway normal)
