Penis Inspection is a mandatory health and safety program run by many primary/junior high schools where a person, generally an unqualified gym teacher/older man, would inspect the boys penis' to see if there is any problems.

"Aw not penis inspection day, this is the third time this week Mr. Joben has inspected me"
