A much more superior way of saying "harshing my mellow". It means to hash a mellow. People named Sophia often don't use this as they should.

It’s a blend of hate and bathing describing the act of indulging one‘s disapproval for an unacceptable behaviour, fact or thing. It’s a very mixed feeling because it’s perceived as wrong and pleasurable at the same time.
