Bust a Grumpy

The phrase "bust a grumpy" is used to refer to anything that is excreted through the anus, including both gas and feces. To properly bust a grumpy, one must abide by the following rules:
-Claim that he or she is going to "bust a grumpy"
-Excrete something (be it solid, liquid, or gas) from the anus.

Grunty Face

A fake "Grunt" Face that people make to "Act" like they are helping you move, or lift something.
When you ask a friend to help you move your couch, but instead of actually helping, they put on the "Grunty Face" and just look like they are lifting something, and they are of no help.
