Bad customer service, and nobody has an agent, so if someone with Geico insurance hits you and you call to make a claim, you get to talk to a bunch of random people who probably never graduated from college.

Person 1: Man, I think I'm gonna drop out of college.
Person 2: That's ok dude, you can always get a job answering phones and giving bad advice at Geico.
