A Party or Dance where the number of females is FAR greater then the number of males. The dance is NOT at equlibrum making for a imperfect party.

A Fiesta is the opposite of a "sasuage fest."

Signs of a Fiesta include but are not limilted to:
-Small circles of girls dancing with themselves
-High pitched screams

-Strong sent of perfume
