Someone who may not have a PHD in phsycology but has the ability to read between the lines and detect political bullshit a mile away and can tell when people deflect from and avoid the true facts and answers of a situation to get things to go their way, usually for decievement or avoidence.

I may not have a college edubacation, but that guy has more bullshit then alittle bit, his parents must be really proud of him that all his acting lessons paid off!
