A situation created by an individual for the sole purpose of being able to bitch about it later.

Betty was cooking for a dinner party and asked her husband to pick up a few last minute items at the grocery store. She did not provide a list for his reference even though she knew he would never remember everything, thus creating the perfect bitchuation.
