In Chilean Spanish, "Culiao" is an insult derived from the word "Culeado" meaning fucker, when it's used against someone of the female gender, the word used is "Culia" as its the female version of the word
It is used in the same context as fuck is used in English, so it can be added to any word, for example

Person2: What do you want, fucker?
In Chilean Spanish
Persona1: Ahí estai perra culia
Persona2: Que queri, culiao?
