Former military or police who inflate their accomplishments and bring a giant ego to their next job, especially in training. After leaving the military, Tier-One Ass-Clowns put in the role of instructor of weapon and tactics usually endanger students with a toxic mix of their own ego and flawed training doctrine.

Curtis: Well I know one was military police and I think other was in Special Forces but worked "at the rear with the gear" instead of forward deployed.

Shakes the clown

An adult individual who works as a clown entertaining kids while withdrawling from drugs or booze so bad, that said clown cannot juggle bowling pins or perform any tricks for that matter. Shakes will eventually become angry and violent if not given the good stuff.

Clown Math

Clown Math is the use of mathematics to derive a piece of information from an incomplete or possibly nonexistent set of data by way of conjecture. Essentially, Clown Math is a means of reporting a figure that can't be accurately known by making a series of educated or uneducated guesses. Clown Math may use old data set with presumptions to bring it to date, comparisons to similar data sets, etc in order to achieve this.
