a chunkchilla is cute fat girl. It comes from a cross between chunky, describing the size of the girl, and chinchilla, which is the cute little animal that you want to pet. In essence, making the girl cute enough that you want to pet her.

Not joni, it is simply a word used by an immature person who is commonly known to be a bitch.

joni is a beautiful person with alot of talent and is usually the name of an amazing girl. Cuntzilla is commonly used as a word used because they want what they can't have.
