Used by Artist Raps Galore as a way of expressing one sarcastically. ex. "Answer to the question: "What do you rate that breezy from 1-10?" - "Catty Response"- she was a 10 on the Bad B*tch Test. She gets a gold sticker...catty!" Used after a slick response.

Any response to a question, gesture or reaction. I been on the clock like a hooker's 6-10...Catty.
