To be so infatuated with someone that it interferes with one's sanity.

As soon as Denise walked into the auditorium, John forgot all of his lines and stared at her with this crazy look in his eye. I've seen his notebook, there are hundreds of dirty drawings of her. The man is clearly buttstruck.

buttsticle

A buttsticle is a tumor-like growth that sort of fell out of the imagination of an Australian Artist.
Inspired by a friends strange butt growth... it emerged from her imagination late one night and now exists as something to scare your friends and family with.
Hairy, sometimes with teeth, and always round... they blow smoke (when you put incense in them) and generally look interesting.
The buttsticle will steal all the attention in any situation..... anywhere.

This buttsticle sure is hairy....
