Someone who betrays you in a way that profits them, but leaves you out in the cold. They could have acted as you friend or loyal business partner initially, but took an opportunity to screw you over royally.

I thought we were close until that back stabbing buttfucker ran off with my girlfriend.

Actually, it means that you live in the middle of nowhere - in the boonies - out in the boondocks - in an extremely rural or out-of-the-way area. Destination has nothing to do with it.

If the nearest place to buy gas for your car is an hour's drive away, you live in bumfuckegypt!

buttfucker

This word can be used in two contexts.

The first and more common is an annoying, irritable, or unintelligent person.

The second is someone who actually engages in butt sex. This usage seems fairly uncommon these days, as the word has long lost its original meaning.

Matt, shut up you buttfucker.

Maybe I would hang out with you if you didn't act like such a buttfucker all the time.
