bullshit bingo

A game that can be played in large meetings. The players write down management-nonsense word like "Out-of-the-box-thinking", "Synergy", "Content streamlining" etc. in a 5 by 5 square bingo card.
If a word or phrase is used during the meeting you check the box. When you get a five box line (horizontally, vertically or diagonally ) you shout "BULLSHIT!" and win.

Company bigshot fancypants: "And that is why this merger is going to benefit shareholder value by creating value driven content.

You: "BULLSHIT BINGO!"

Company bigshot fancypants: "You're fired!"

Banjo-Tooie

One of the most frustrating games ever for completionists. The levels are much larger and much more complex than in Banjo-Kazooie, you get less max health, there's a boss in every level, and the boss battles can be very challenging. It is still a great game nonetheless

The quickest recorded time anyone's ever gotten all 90 jiggies and 900 musical notes in Banjo-Tooie is over 4 hours and 40 minutes

Bingo Player

A person who plays poker without thought, logic or care. Often incurs the wrath of people who take the game seriously. Most commonly found in online games.

Man 1: Dude, can you lend me 300k?

Man 2: Why? What the fuck happened to your stash, man?

Man 1: Lost it all to a Bingo Player who went all in on a 5 2 off suit.

Man 2: Damn, Bingo Players. May they all burn in hell.

Paddle faster, I hear banjos!

A common exclamation when in or around hillbilly infested areas. Doesn't necessarily need to be used when in a canoe; merely a warning to the other non-hillbillies in the vicinity.

It was a bright and sunny day when my father and I decided to go fishing down by the ol' waterhole. I remember that the seagulls looked like delicate little clouds, fluttering in the breeze. We made our way to our canoe and rowed out, fishing rods in hand and a song in our hearts. As we made our way down to the waterhole, we became aware of an eerie silence. The trees around us swayed to a halt. Then, quietly at first but raising in intensity, we heard the twang of a banjo. My father turned to me, his face colorless as he said "Paddle faster, I hear banjos!"

bingobaub

a rich, white prettyboy between the ages of mid teens to 20s or 30s from a southern California coastal town who is into spearfishing, acts douchey, constantly boast with pictures of big fish they speared on social media, has no humility and enrolls in the California Maritime Academy. They don't believe in paying dues to spear fish of a lifetime, that most veteran spearfishermen have waited their entire lives to spear or never get to spear, they just use their privilege, daddy's boat keys and sponsorship by local speargun companies to reap the benefits of the sport.

Veteran diver 1: "I can't stand all these bingobaubs who spear and land multiple triple digit pound fish after only spearfishing for 2 to 5 years. When I was their age, I was lucky enough to only spear 20-30 pound fish. I've been diving for a good 26 years and still haven't scored fish of that caliber."

Veteran diver 2: "Yeah, but there's no glory in spearing those fish that you had to use daddy's boat to spear. The more dues paying, time and blood you pour into getting fish like that makes them more meaningful. We can only hope these little twats don't blow up the sport anymore than it already has been due to social media bragging posts."

Banjo-Tooie

Sequel to Rare's popular N64 game Banjo-Kazooie. Banjo and Kazooie are back to stop Gruntilda a second time.
It only had a limited shelf life as it was one of the last games made for the N64. It’s hard to get hold of but an excellent game nonetheless.

Diver 2: "Don't concern yourself with those shits. Everything's easy when you can rely on daddy's money and boat to put you on fish you haven't earned. There's no glory in that. Don't give up on your goals, regardless of the challenges you face. Things will happen."
