portmanteau of "Automated" and "Authoritarian."
Noun: a bot, or other automated protocol that censures, limits, and manipulates the free exchange of ideas for the benefit of any online media platform.
Adjective: Characteristic functions of a bot that bans users, removes content, and act as a gatekeeper to the free exchange of ideas and information.

Noun: "Sorry I was gone so long I got banned without human review by an autotritarian bot"
Adjective: "Youtube just deleted years of your work for violating community standards that changed years after you posted them? You didn't get a chance to request some kind of hearing? That's the most autoritarian move I have ever seen!"
