Arcade Gannon

One of the best characters from Fallout New Vegas. Voiced by Zachary Levi, the guy from Tangled. Arcade is tall, blonde, super smart and super sarcastic. His middle name is Israel, after his father.
■"The Strip's not a bad place if you love terrible things and people."-Arcade Gannon
■"Don't mind me. I'm just voicing my thoughts so they don't burrow out of my skull in a fit of abject despondency."-Arcade Gannon

stadium arcadium

The newest record from one of the greatest bands in the world, the Red Hot Chili Peppers. It is a dual-disk album and was released on May 9, 2006. Unlike many other double-disk compilations, Stadium Arcadium is pure quality from the start of disk 1 (Jupiter) to the end of disk 2 (Mars). This is a more melodic and mellow sounding album, comparing it to their previous works. So if you're used to their hard-core funk in past albums, like Blood Sugar Sex Magik, this will take a little getting used to. While listening to this record, it's easy to notice how much the band has matured since its "sock on the cock" days. In the past, I think most people credited the band's success to Anthony Kiedis' unique vocals and energy. Not the case here, the many great rhythms provided by Flea and Chad Smith and the SIMPLY AMAZING guitar performances by John Frusciante sometimes even outdo Kiedis. And that is a compliment to the instrumentals rather then a downgrade on Kiedis. All in all, if you are a true RHCP fan you will adjust to the new sound and commend them on their many different sounds they have been able to produce from the 80s into the new millenium.
Recommended tracks: Dani California, Snow (personal favorite), Charlie, Tell Me Baby, Hard to Concentrate
On May 9, I left my last period of school and drove directly to Best Buy to pick up my copy of Stadium Arcadium. I rocked out all the way home. (True Story)

Mighty the Armadillo

A character from the Sonic the Hedgehog series. Mighty is a hot-head and cocky young dillo, but has the power to back himself up. Be able to run nearly as fast as Sonic and being even stronger than Knuckles, Mighty is one tough customer who don't wanna piss off. However he is sometimes over-confident and rushes into things without thinking.

My first debuted in the Sega Sonic Arcade game, where he, Sonic, and a little-known character named Ray the Squirrell conquered the evil Dr. Eggman's plans to build his robot empire(if you can find this rare arcade game anywhere in the world, consider yourself lucky, and play it dammit!). Mighty then later appeared in the game Knuckle's Chaotix for the Sega 32x. In this game he teamed up with Knuckles, Vector the Croc, Charmy Bee, and Espio the Chameleon and formed Team Chaotix. They then thwarted Eggman and his evil Metal Sonic with style.

Afterward, Knuckles and Mighty went they're separate ways, while Vector, Espio, and Charmy stayed together as a team of crime-fighting detectives, and later appeared in Sonic Heroes without the good dillo. Mighty's current whereabouts in the series are unknown, but hopefuly that will changed.

Many people consider Mighty to be no more than a "Sonic re-color", mainly because his sprites in KC were actually editted Sonic sprites from the never-released game, Sonic Crackers. This is not the case, Mighty is more than a recolor, and definately has much potential to be a great character, and should be brought back into the series. Anyone who thinks otherwise shall be mauled.

By ME.
"Mighty the Armadillo is easily the most kickass character. Sonic sucks in comparison. Shadow's got nothing on the Mightster, Tails can't hold a candle, Knuckles.... Knuckles who??? Seriously, Mighty just owns."

Noah's arcade

An arcade that resolves the issue of game-hogging by including two (or more) of every game. Since it has two of everything, it's called a Noah's arcade.
That kid has been hogging the racing game for over an hour. But it's okay, this is a Noah's arcade, we'll just play next to him!

The Arcade Fire

A 5-member band originating from Montreal, Quebec. Known for their lurid beats and definitive sound, they sound a lot like early David Bowie. With two main vocalists, a guitarist, a drummer, a violinist, a bass player and who knows what else, we expect promising things from these modern day troubadors. Their album Funeral is a tribute to growing out of childhood, the hopes and dreams, young love, and rebellion we accosiate with growing up.
