Unnecessary comments that do not bring any value to the conversation or person repeating their comments in different ways just to mark their presence. Zero value add comment. Comments being said by someone for the sake of hearing their own voice.

Hope Alonzo won’t have any vomments this time… they seriously annoy contractors and raise unnecesary questions.
