a reaction to excessive drug use, usually crack or cocaine. A person seems fidgity, agitated, looking around, appears restless and suspicious. Often they will bend and make very peculiar body movements such as arms flayling around, feet moving almost as if they were dancing. If you are trying to remain anonymous or inconspicuos-a tizzik person is a dead giveaway to your location from a mile away. A state where the person is almost incapable of controlling body movements and virtually incapable of sitting still for more than 10 seconds

Look at him-he's tizzik. "you're a little bit too tizzik to be going outside right now, why don't you drink a few beers & call me in a hour."
