This definition of "Snackle" was coined in 2008 by a college freshman.

Snackle is a portmanteau of snuggle and tackle. Therefore, it means to snuggle/tackle. Snackling can be performed in a platonic manner amongst groups of friends or in a more romantic setting.

Eric: Do you think you and Courtney are gonna hook up tonight?

Fred: Nah, we'll probably just snackle.

Jenna: We need a bigger couch on which to watch The Office on Thursdays!

Louise: Yeah, it needs to be perfect for snackling.

A Snackret is a secret one keeps about snacks.. Typically this refers a stash of snacks one keeps hidden from other friends / family that they live with. Usually because these snacks / junk food wouldn’t last very long if everyone knew of their existence. The locations of these snacks are only shared with those closest and most trusted to the keeper of the snacks.

Me: Hey bro, I’m about to let you In on a snackret...

trusted friend: Oh shit.. you keep snackrets too?

Me: yeah man, I got to or the kids will eat all my munchies!
