One who is overall an annoying and you would rather not be around, also known as a: nub, flake, tugmunch, dweeb etc.

Guy 1: Dude, that guy is such a slacket
Guy 2: I know, what a flake.
Guy 1: He is so annoying

Slackertarian

\ˈsla-kərˈter-ē-ən, -ˈte-rē-\

Definition of Slackertarian:
1: a person in the liberty movement who does not put action into his/her philosophy. shirks work or obligation.

2: a person who lacks the drive and initiative to spread the word of liberty because they are too insecure or egonistic to recruit or engage with other people.

My chapter president is such a slackertarian, I do not have the information or materials I need to spread the message of liberty.

Depending on personality, this is deemed either incredibly irresponsible and/or lolztastic.
