Social context: Meet (as in see again/ or for the first time) a person who you don't really appreciate being with, and getting stuck with him/ her.

Jonathan, Mark and Darriel are waking towards the balcony in a party. On the way, Darriel is spotted by her high-school colleague, who is a nerd (while Darriel is really cool) and she HAS to talk to her for a while.
Once in the balcony, Mark says:
- Hey, where is Darriel??
Jonathan: She got sidetracked!

coin-siderate

Refers to someone who is "kind" or "thoughtful" to someone else by spending excessive/unnecessary money on him, or by giving the person undeserved/unearned cash gifts. Often used in a sarcastic/disapproving manner, where the speaker feels that the fiscally-generous person is either just being overindulgent (like a doting gramma/grampa to a spoiled/impressionable child whose old-school/austere parents want to train the child with the "you have to earn what you spend, and good behavior should be practiced without expecting to be bought/bribed" mentality), or is trying to manipulate/pressure the "favored" individual by paying him to perform dishonest actions and/or sexual favors for the giver.

That sugar daddy is sure coin-siderate to his lady-friends, yet he won't spend a bleepin' DIME on his own kids or on donating to worthy general-assistance causes in his area.

The noun form for something that side-tracks you. Similar to a distraction, it's often produced by Wikipedia, Facebook, or YouTube.

Well, I was typing my essay, when I decided to check my e-mail, and then there was a link to this funny video on YouTube... It was just a little sidetraction, that's all.

Rox (Mer's gf): *talks about "cute kid in math"*
Mer (Rox's bf): you should take pictures of him and show me exactly how "cute" he is.
Rox: atleast I'd have pics of him
Mer: wait what? you never said anything like that about having pics of me.
Rox: sorry I got sidetracked!
Mer: SIDETRACKED! SIDETRACKED?!
