A family friendly way to say “go fuck yourself”. Like when someone asks you for a favor and you don’t wanna do them that favor you can say “shake your hand and find someone else.”

So my dad told me “you have to get a job” 6 times in a row and I got tired of it and when he said it again I said “Shake your hand.”

The P'way hand shake, is a sign given using three fingers on one hand in order to give an idea to another member of P'way that you would like to give that girl a P'way hand shake. The hand shake itself involves folding back the third finger with the thumb, thus creating the index and the middle finger together, with the little finger out on its on. Philly Hand Shake

A prank played on someone whom passes out with their pants half-way down. A second person proceeds to slap a piece of white-american cheese on their ass-crack, then pull up their pants. The resulting heat melts the cheese and creates a philly cheese sandwich in their pants. The term "Hand Shake" coming from the motion of applying said cheese.

Jose` was passed out after drinking one night and being a dick to his wife. To get back at him, she slapped on a Philly Hand Shake. Yummy.
