That peculiar person that sits at the front of your English class who seems to be constantly talking, yet never gets in trouble. An "over-achiever" who does well in everything and always loves to have fun. A real party-goer who is fun to be around and loves to laugh. Very Competetive! VERY!

Adj: Pompous, arrogant and egotistic as a result of incredibly high IQ
Noun: An ingenius but insufferable prick who raises the threshold for everyone else so that his/her ego can be satisfied

1) The risate (adj) kid hacked the school servers and replaced the school toppers list with repetitions of his own name. The principal wasn't sure whether to feel amazed or repulsed.
2) "The risate (noun, sin.)in my class was responsible for raising the required passing grade to 110%."
3) "Watch out for that kid next door. I heard he topped in several subjects, including ones that aren't available for the general public yet."
"Wow, he must be one of those risates (noun, plu.) we hear in the news."
