A ghetto repair is sometihng repaired using simple tools and or stuff just laying around, its a quick easy fix that doesnt last long and sure isnt pretty.

emergency repair procedure #1

When a piece of equipment malfunctions, the proper response is to kick it as soon as possible in the hope that it rectifies the problem.
How expensive the equipment is and the time it would take a technician to arrive, however short, are irrelevant.
It is usually only succeeds in worsening the problem, however, most techs appreciate the user trying at least some form of repair themselves. Hence, the rule.

McCoy: Chalmers, the transmitter is down again.
Chalmers: What were you doing?
McCoy: Trying to make a call.
Chalmers: Then what did you do?
McCoy: Emergency repair procedure #1
Chalmers: You kicked it?
McCoy: Yep.
Chalmers: Well, at least you tried something.

camel toe repairman

One who repairs unsightly camel toes. This person would also tell you if spinach was in your teeth. The tool belts of these repairmen typically consist of pliers, maxi-pads, tweezers, and for more extreme cases a crow bar. You may find licensed repairmen with more advanced equipment. These repairmen can also fix Moose Knuckles, although they will charge a hearty fee. Good places to spot one in action are gymnasiums, swim meets, and the county fair.

Daddy, when I grow up, I want to be a camel toe repairman.
