1. In some South American countries where small rodens are common, people struggle to differenciate between a mouse and a rat, so they use the name "RattyMouse" to describe both.
2. The description of a loveable partner or friend that has rodent like feature.

Jose: Damn man, who ate the rest of my chicken I saved last night, I was going to have it for breakfast?

term cool people use for party, implies awesomeness, the simplicity of switching the 'p' and 'r' around makes for a much more memorable party, so next time instead of trying to describe your party with words such as incredible and awesome you can just say it was a rapty thereby proving how great it was.

That party was so incredibly awesome that i think i will classify it as a RAPTY!
