Someone that takes multiple trips to the toilet during the day for a dump and takes great pride in the amount of times they go.

My friend goes to the toilet 2 or 3 times a day and tells me he needs a pony, when he comes back he is really pleased with himself and looks forward to his next visit. To be a {ponymeister} you must be a frequent toilet visitor and share your pony stories with friends with pride.
