essentially a filler word, however in most affluent neighborhoods, hooligans that use the word ponged may also mean it to be schmacked/milked/blazed. Mostly, however, the true meaning of the word pong is mainly just reliant on the context it's used in. Unintentionally going above and beyond the call of an evening. Usually a term of intoxication whereas one did NOT intend to be so. Also a reference to the lack of will power of resistance such as being paged or called upon to seek the next level.
