"Oh!" Is used most likely in a comment section or message when someone thinks something is trange,disguiting or weird.

example 1:

person 1: "i like to ____"
person 2: "Oh!"
example 2:

person 1: *a video about their interest or opinion*
person 2: "oh!"

It's what you say when you don't know what else to say to someone, and you're thinking "Wtf", but they're your friend and you don't really want to sound mean. If used with authority figures it can also mean "Fuck you".
